Dacember 07, 2010: December 07, 2016

Time Check: Around 11:36-12 noon.

This day has been a typical day for me.
Everything's usual aside from the things that made the whole class wonder or perhaps excited.
It's the time of our English subject (11:36-12:30) when it all happened.

It's the report of the third group with their main topic which is the poem entitled ''Involvement''.
The reporters are good and we also had a good conversation about the topic.
Our beloved teacher, Miss Arquiza listened to us all throughout the reporting.
I really thought everything's gonna be usual when one of my classmates
at the same time one of the reporters said something .

Before saying it, he is actually giving our assignment for the next meeting.
The statement that he said wasn't really clear to me.
I haven't heard the exact statement because of the noise outside made by some students who are walking in the corridor.
The only thing that I remembered is that he said, "...so that this day, December 07, 2010 you'll remember that our group reported...''

After that statement, Miss Arquiza stood up and said something and it goes like this:
"Okay. let's have a commitment. What if on the year 2016 we'll meet here? Yes! December 07, 2016 here at your room, same time, 11:36, our English time. We are going to meet here, all of us." (This wasn't the exact statement of her, but I think I got the essence of what she said)

Then after that, comes the commotion from us.
Of course we are all shocked about the matter.
I know that that statement really made us wonder. Wonder about the future that is uncertain to each and everyone of us.
Some asked if what if they're already working or living abroad?
Some wondered on what would happen that day, etc.

It really bothered my senses!
Because every time that the future would be the  topic,
I'll keep on thinking and thinking on what will happen to my future.
What will happen after college?
Will everything go in favor of me?? What if not?

Well, no matter how deep we think about it,
we imagine about it, still...
Nobody knows the answer except from HIM up THERE.
We shouldn't worry about the future because everything's gonna be fine.
Everything is already planned for you and me.
The only requirement is to give your BEST in everything.

I just hope when that day comes, the whole class of 4D (Diamond)
would be all present.
Everybody's already in good position,
everybody is doing something for a change.
Most of all, everybody is living to fullest.

Reminder:
Dec. 07, 2016, at Ernesto Rondon High School at exactly 11:36 a.m,
The 4D will have it's GRAND reunion @ Room 201, SB Building.
DON"T FORGET!

I Love Adam Sevani

Sevani was a supporting actor in Step Up 2: The Streets, the sequel to Step Up, playing Robert "Moose" Alexander III. The movie premiered on February 14, 2008. Sevani was praised by The New York Times for portraying a character who "might be the baddest nerd in movie history". He also received the 2008 Young Hollywood Award for 'Best Scene Stealer' for his role as "Moose".
In November 2008, he was featured in a tribute video to Michael Jackson’s 25th Anniversary ‘Thriller’ video for Halloween, with his bestfriend Alyson Stoner. Sevani reprised the role of "Moose" in Step Up 3D, released August 6, 2010.

The Sounds of Sunday: Songs of My Life

It's been a habit of mine to listen to radio every Sunday afternoon.
Well you know it. =)
The songs are old, ranging from 70's to 90's from the greatest bands and singers.
When I was a kid, my dad always listens to the radio with some sort of songs that are weird to me.
I thought ''Why Papa's songs are different from the entire neighborhood?"

Eventually, I started to like it, not knowing that I've already memorized some of the songs.
Of course I didn't know their meanings way back then, but there's something I feel about those songs.
They have this impact on me that I can't explain and understand.
Then it became a habit for the both of us to listen to this kind of music
every Sunday, or even on weekdays as long as those songs are played.

We always listen then, till now that I'm already a teen.
I've got improvements of course.
Now I'm able to know their meanings and I'm glad to know that they're all great.
Their meanings are heartfelt and amazing.

I wonder why I didn't change,
I still admire those songs and listens to them every Sunday.
I still appreciate every song.

I remember the influence of my Dad every time I hear those songs.
For me, it's a bonding in disguise for the two of us.
Yea I admit, we are not that close but I know he loves me,
and I really love him too.
Now I've realized that it's not the habit but it's the feeling deep inside me saying:
"These songs has been the simple bonding of my Dad and I.
As long as those songs are played on the radio, I'll keep on listening till i grow old.
Because each, has been a part of me,
a part of my life".

Love your Dad!
=)

Nicole Angelica Monta: Our PHOTOGS (Photographer)

As a student you don't have to hide your talents,
be proud of who you are and show the world what you got.
Back when we were still Freshmen, you can't really notice the talents of your schoolmates,
and for me, that is true.
Now that we are on our last year on High School,
lot's of things changed, attitudes, physical appearances, and many more.
Many of my classmates are now more independent, better in short.
Lot's of talents were shown,
and one of them is Nicole, our Photogs.

Now witness the amazing photos of our Photogs.

Step Up 3D: Super LIKE!

Later this morning we had a film showing on one of our subjects.
The said film showing was held to help some street children to raise their Christmas Party which is of course the idea of some of our beloved teachers.
After we are done on everything we need, we went down stairs straight to the Auditorium.
We are one of the first students to accommodate the AVR next to us was the other sections.
With just a blink of an eye, the AVR was filled with 4th year students (approx. of 4 sections)
We first tested the player and played the High School Musical 3 but because the said movie was obviously witnessed by everyone already, we ended up watching STEP UP 3D.
The room was very noisy because of the boredom felt by some students because it took years(getting exaggerated here)  before we are able to watch the movie. Lots of technicalities happened, the audio, subtitles, etc.
After the long wait. at last! we witnessed the opening sounds.

The Step Up 3D is now one of my favorites.
I fell in love with MOOSE since the first time I saw him.
Every character is GREAT.
I enjoyed watching it, till the last credit.
I really liked it, and I want to watch the movie all over again.
This is love at first sight.
I wasn't able to watch the Step Up 1 and 2(?)
But if there would be some free time to watch those,
I will surely won't miss it.

See?
I made a blog just to show my appreciation on the STEP Up 3D.
I apologize for some mistakes in this blog,
this is really my first time in here.

Adam ''MOOSE" Sevani
is really GREAT.
He caught my attention at that moment,
he's cool and super good in dancing.
Now I wonder why he is said to be the ''baddest nerd in the movie history''
But that's the one I don't mind.

I encourage everyone to give it a try and watch the series of STEP UP.
Specially, STEP UP 3D.
